Judiciary shall always ensure justice for the social well-being of the citizenry

The Judiciary of the Republic of South Sudan is grateful and congratulates the entire peoples of South Sudan upon the achievement of the long awaited Independence.
Our special congratulation goes to the President of the Republic of South Sudan His Excellency Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit, his Vice president, Dr. Riek Machar Teny, the Speaker, Hon. James Wani Iga, and all the caretaker ministers and leaders of the Republic of South Sudan for the collective efforts they exerted, which resulted into a peaceful and successful attainment of the Independence.
We pray for courage and wisdom for our, President H.E Salva Kiir Mayardit, to continue leading South Sudanese as bestowed unto him, and to deliver social services and development expected of him.
The judiciary shall make sure justice is always in place for social being of the citizenry of South Sudan.
We also salute the martyrs who gave in their lives for the cause of the people of South Sudan to rest in peace. Their blood was not spilled in vain. The ultimate price for the blood poured was achieved on 9th July, 2011, on Independence Day.
